*This is one of three seeding roles based in Bencubbin. There is an opportunity to co-locate on one farm if travelling as a group, and work on separate farms.
The Farm
The family business manage 4300ha in Bencubbin of which 3800Ha are arable. All cropping farm, wheat, barley, canola and lupins.
Main job description
Seeding usually starts around 20th-25th April, and then runs for 5-6 weeks.
Machinery used on farm, includes:
- New Case 555 tractor
- DBS 55ft bar
- Ausplow
- 12000L aircart
Skills you need
- Driver’s license required
- Good work ethic
- Capable of working in a team
What are your rewards
Above award rates depending on experience, $30-$40/hr.
Accommodation is available including 1 Bed, 1 Bathroom, quarters.
A HiLux ute is provided for work.

The farm is approx. 3 hours from Perth and the nearest shopping centre is Merredin, which has all major facilities. There are some groceries available in Bencubbin, as well as a thriving sporting and local community.
