These roles are with a young hard working farming family. The roles include machinery operation for seeding.
The jobs start in March/April (flexible with each role).
The business tries to do most of their own mechanical work so employees will get the opportunity to gain mechanical experience as well as being part of a fun team who don’t mind a joke.
The Farm
The business is run by a family farming enterprise in Lake Varley and Esperance. Cropping 7500 Ha and contracting in Lake Varley. They are also a mixed sheep/cropping enterprise in Esperance.

What are your Rewards?
Wages depend on the role each applicant is successful for. The range will be $32 to $42/hr depending on experience.
Accommodation is available. It includes a fully self-contained shared accommodation house or donga depending on number of employees.
Meals are provided during seeding.
What can life after work look like
Varley is located in the southeastern wheatbelt region and is 300km to Esperance and 400km from Perth. The owner reports it is 60kms to the nearest pub, but you have a choice between Hyden, Lake King or Newdegate!
