The Farm
Roles will be available across WA including the Northern, Midwest, Central, Eastern, Great Southern, Esperance and Southwest cropping regions.
Main job description
Harvest generally runs from late October/ early November to mid-December depending on seasonal conditions.
Roles include:
- Header Drivers
- Chaser Bin Operators
- Ground harvest support staff
- General Farmhand
Skills you need
- Valid driver’s license (HR/MC preferred for truck roles)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Machinery experience preferred or completion of 2 Workin Oz Harvest Course
- Fluent English and a willingness to learn
- Positive, respectful, and safety-conscious attitude
- Non-Smokers preferred by most employers
