This Hyden based farming business is looking for a full-time employee with good experience in broad acre cropping or the willingness and potential to learn. This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to grow in a farming business and take on more responsibility.
A large part of the role to start with will be broadacre spraying with a new John Deere 616 sprayer.
The Farm
Family owned and managed farm with friendly work environment.
Up to date modern machinery.
Bitumen frontage on school bus route.
Large open paddocks.
Work vehicle provided.
Hay cutting starts late September and is followed by harvest. They aim to finish harvest by mid-December.

Harvesting 2x John Deere Headers S680, S670.
Chaser bin 30 ton Nyrex.
Skills you need
Mechanical experience would be desirable.
Self-motivated and organised.
Able to work alone or in a team environment.
Effective communication.
Farm Experience preferred.
A driver’s license and your own vehicle are essential.
What are your Rewards?
Pay rate for full time between $80K to $120K dependent on experience, package includes house, power and a work vehicle.
Meals are provided during harvest.
Accommodation is also included.
