This is an easy-going farming family looking for a seasonal seeding worker. The owner enjoys meeting new people and is willing to teach the right person.
The Farm
The farm is a total of 3000 ha with 2000 ha cropped, consisting of wheat, barley and lupins.
The business also run 1200 merino ewes.
Main job description
Start seeding in mid to late April.
Machinery includes
- Case tractor
- Bourgualt 60ft seeding bar and bin.
- 87300 massey front wheel assist tractor
- Towing a 120 feet accuspray boomspray.
- Akenworth and International truck for seed and fert.
Skills you need
- Drivers license and own vehicle are required
- Be self-motivated
- No smoking in farm machinery, mechanical, welding, electrical.
What are your rewards
$35 to 40 dollars per hour depending on experience.
Vehicle provided for work and accommodation available.
Flexible work hours depending on time of the year.
Lunch provided during seeding and dinner depending on hours and time of knock off.
A house in town or a house on neighbours farm – to be negotiated with applicants. There is also a backpackers in town.

There is the normal winter and summer sports available such as football, hockey, netball in winter and tennis cricket bowls in summer.
Kondinin is a small but friendly place and there is a variety of community events on throughout the year.
