This is an easy-going farming family looking for a seasonal seeding worker. The owner enjoys meeting new people and is willing to teach the right person.
The Farm
The farm is 6500ha total area.
The family crop 4200ha and run 4000-5000 sheep on the property. Cropping varieties include wheat, barley, canola, lupins and a few oats.
The business is farming at several locations, so a driver’s license is essential.
Main job description
The role will be for seeding which will start in April.
Machinery includes
- Versatile 620DT.
- 18m Morris Quantum and 9450 airseeder.
- Goldacres G6 boomspray
Work could also include sheep work, fencing, rock picking, building maintenance, machinery maintenance etc.
Skills you need
- Drivers license and own vehicle are required
- Be self-motivated
- No smoking/vaping preferred. No smoking in housing or vehicles.

Meals can be supplied during seeding.
