I agree to the 2 Workin Oz Service Agreement.

We require employers to sign this agreement prior to staff engagement. Signing the agreement, indicates employer understanding and acceptance of the following 2 Workin Oz fees and schedules as outlined in our ‘Fee Schedule’ emailed at the completion of your registration.

1. Placement Fee - issued upon acceptance of an applicant. Fee detail provided in schedule after registration.

2. Tier 1, 2 and 3 Fees - Balance of Fees for Tier 1-3 employees is invoiced when placement is confirmed as successful or 2 weeks after start date, whichever occurs first. All fees are GST exclusive.

3. Returning Season/Continuity Fee - one-off fee applies should staff return to the same business for further work, following initial short-term seasonal employment (ie seeding or harvest work). This fee will be invoiced by 2 Workin Oz at the start of the second term of employment. 2 Workin Oz maintains contact with employees throughout their working experience and will contact your directly with a continuity fee invoice.

4. Short Term Placement Fee - applies when staff employment is for less than three weeks. This fee is in lieu of the tiered payment normally charged after two weeks of successful employment. Details can be found in the attached Fee Schedule.

5. Long-Term/Permanent or Traineeship Placements - an employment fee is charged at appropriate Tier 1-3 fees, determined by experience, at commencement of work on a 3-month trial. At the start of month 4, 5% of agreed employees annual wages will be charged at acceptance of permanent contract.
2 Workin Oz defines Long-Term/Permanent or Traineeship Placements, as: A casual employee who has in the preceding 3 month period, worked a pattern of hours on an ongoing basis which, without significant adjustment, the employee could continue to perform as a full-time employee or part-time employee/trainee.
In agreement with 2 Workin Oz, the business employer has agreed to a 5% continuity of employment fee, at the completion of three months of work, under this agreement.
