Farm Skills Training

2 Workin Oz’s farm skills training courses seek to grow your skills and competency levels, with practical on-farm training.

We know that by developing your skills specific to large agricultural machinery operations and procedures, paired with our dedication to agricultural recruitment, you will increase both the number and skill level of job opportunities available to you.

We have farmers who know and trust our training process and choose to employ our trainees because they know you will have the core basic skills and knowledge to develop further skills very quickly once you are on the farm.

At 2 Workin Oz, we have offered farm skills training since 2012, with a network of over 600 farms and we maintain a very high success rate amongst our trainees on farms.

We run our training for the purpose of improving job opportunities in the immediate future, our goal is always to have our trainees out working within 6 weeks of finishing their course, more often, they are working within days.

Our purpose is always to secure the best opportunities and outcomes for our trainees and employers.
