Skilled Farmer Interviews

One and a half day, hands on practical job interviews for skilled farmers wishing to work on farm for Harvest 2024.

These interviews will assess existing skill level and understanding, as well as providing a GPA ‘Safety Induction’ and ‘Fire Induction’ and machinery and technology assessment specific to modern harvest machinery and farm practices.

These inductions will be a requirement of all 2 Workin Oz recruits, due to Western Australia’s new ‘Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA)’.

Minimum prerequisite-
Full Driver’s License & Conversational English.

2 Workin Oz have undergone the Australian Covid-19 safety course and ensured our accommodation and training meets requirements for training.
